We love fermented food and drink in all its wild, tart and tangy glory. All our bottles of kombucha and our jars of kimchi and sauerkraut are unpasteurised and alive with billions of gut-loving probiotic bacteria. You can find our ferments in farmer’s markets and delis around Manchester and Cheshire – and on this very website very soon!
